FEES & REGISTRATION
THE QRSE SOCIETY
Please note, once you are able to register for the QRSE2020 conference, you will also be given the opportunity to join the Society. Membership will be for 12 months, running from 1/1/20 – 31/12/20. Being a member of the society will give you a discounted rate for the conference (see below).
Note: Joining the QRSE Society is separate to registering for the QRSE conference.
QRSE2020 CONFERENCE FEES
The fees are for the full conference (7th – 9th July). Day rates are not available for QRSE2020.
Registration includes attendance to the entire conference, refreshments, lunch, and Tuesday evening wine reception. You have the option to book the Tuesday evening BBQ and Wednesday evening conference dinner as you register.
Due to the high numbers of delegates attending the conference this year places at the BBQ and conference dinner are limited. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Registration fees do not include the pre-conference workshops or your accommodation. If you would like to book a place on any of the pre-conference workshops, this needs to be done separately (see the pre-conference workshop page). To view options for accommodation while at the conference, please visit the accommodation page. If you would like to stay at Collingwood College (University accommodation), subject to availability, you will be able to book this at the same time as registering for the conference.
Registration categories are organised into Category A (employed in a high income country), Category B (employed in a upper-middle country) and Category C (employed in a lower-middle and low income country).
Please select Category B if you are a full-time student. If you are from Category C please contact the conference chair.
Unemployed or retired:
Please select Category C.
