SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME

The conference will take place on the Science Site at Durham University. 

​

The Calman Learning Centre will be our main hub and the venue for registration, keynote lectures, panel sessions, refreshments and some of the parallel sessions.

​

Some of the parallel sessions will also be held in adjascent buildings. Namely, Earth Sciences and Engineering.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME

Tuesday 26th July: The wine reception (including poster session) will be held in the Cathedral Cloister. This is approximately a 15 minute walk from the Calman Learning Centre or a 25 minute walk from College Accommodation.

We will then move on to Hatfield College (next to the Cathedral) for a BBQ and cash bar. 

 

Wednesday 27th July: The conference dinner will be held in University College, The Castle. The walking times above also apply here.

​

Transport: If you require a taxi to either of the evening venues, please contact the conference reception desk who will be happy to assist.
